A:We ship Monday through Friday. Depending on the destination of the shipment, we may choose to ship at the beginning of the week to ensure it is not sitting in a mail truck over the weekend.
A:We place ice packs in packages based on the following variables: Products Ordered, Shipping Location & Time of Year. If you insist on having an ice pack in your package just leave us a message in your order notes and we would be happy to place on in for you.
A:We offer a special on Toffee, when you buy 3 you will get the 4th for free. We also offer a discount on our fudge, when you buy 2 you get the 3rd for free. We also send out exclusive promotions through e-mail notifications. If you would like to be added to our list click here.
A:Yes of course! Just let us know what day you would like us to send your package out by specifying in your order notes during checkout. We will then place your order to the side and have it shipped out on that later day.
A:E-mail notifications will be sent to you every step of the way. You will be notified when a shipping label is created, when your shipment is out for delivery as well as when your shipment arrives. Tracking Numbers will be included in all e-mails once the shipping label is created. Alternatively, you may login to your Zak & Mac's account to view all order details.
